Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

We hear the term often these days and may think of soldiers, police, ambos or others who regularly face unexpected, extremes of Life

and we know from their accounts, that PTSD can devastate health, relationships and the quality of lives

At Sanctuary, we think many Consumers and Carers may also be experiencing PTSD Symptoms, perhaps without knowing it

Learning more about PTSD and what positive actions we may take could protect us from developing even more severe symptoms

So, as part of our ongoing series of guest speakers from SA Health’s BPD Co, our March Sanctuary meeting featured

Clinical Senior Psychologist Kath Moores

sharing her expert insight into

The Relationship between BPD and PTSD
