People donāt always need advice. Sometimes all they really need is a hand to hold, an ear to listen and a heart to understand them.

about Us
Sanctuary
Sanctuary is a support group for anyone who cares for a family member or friend with Borderline Personality Disorder, or BPD.
Sanctuary is a safe haven, where carers are welcomed and receive support to cope with this serious illness, which often causes much trauma for both carers and those living with BPD.
It is a place to talk about the impact of this illness, to learn coping skills from other carers, as well as professionals, and to learn about the illness and its treatment.
It is a Sanctuary in name and nature, where carers will no longer feel so isolated and alone.
Living Life Well – BPD Awareness Week 2024
This week is BPD Awareness Week and the theme is Living Life Well - Recovery and BPD. Professor Brin Grenyer has a helpful and encouraging message for us.
Assistance for Carers
Mental health carers don't have to do it alone, in South Australia. Help is available.
National Consensus for BPD
It's time that Australians had access to appropriate treatment and support, for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Do you support this call for action?
