Carers Sanctuary
Come to a safe space where you are surrounded by people who understand what you are going through and will support you.
Sanctuary provides a chance to get things off your chest, to seek answers to your problems and to receive expert opinions from guest speakers.
Thereās always an opportunity to ask questions and seek out others whose family or friend has BPD, to form your own network of supports.
Sanctuary meetings provide access to our wide-ranging resources library.Ā
Participants can join in person or online.
