BPD and PTSD
Meeting Notes, July 2023
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder that follows a traumatic event, when the traumatic memories and feelings don’t go away. The feelings last for a long time and interfere with how people cope with everyday life.
PTSD is very common amongst people with BPD; perhaps 6 in 10 people have both.
“Understanding the intersection between BPD & PTSD” is a recorded webinar by Dr Skye Fitzpatrick
