Surviving Christmas and the Silly Season
At Sanctuary in November, it was all about preparing for christmas. With the end of the year nearly upon us, we are looking forward to celebrating with family and friends. But for many, this is a difficult time.
Helen van Roekel brought a lively presentation, full of helpful information. She got everyone talking and I was inspired by the collective wisdom from the BPD Carers in the audience – those guys truly are amazing!
